When you want to make a chicken-flavored sauce and soup, you need several different ingredients to achieve that taste.
Chicken base is one of the easiest and most useful things to do the trick.
It’s different from the bouillon and stock. If you haven’t used it by now and don’t know exactly what it is, I am here to make it clear to you!
I use the chicken base quite regularly, and I prefer it over the stock and broth. I even made a couple of my own versions, and I will teach you how to do it yourself. 🙂
